These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and tv999 ("tv999", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the tv999 website, mobile interface and all associated services accessible at https://tv999.cam and any related subdomains.

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you irrevocably confirm that:

• You have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety;
• You are of legal age to participate in gambling activities in your jurisdiction (a minimum of 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as the operator or applicable licence jurisdiction requires);
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account if one has been created.

To access the full range of services on tv999, Users must register a personal Account. The following conditions apply to the registration process:

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and current. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address and contact details.
• Each individual may maintain only one (1) Account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account registration is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer or grant access to your Account to any third party.
• You must provide a valid, accessible email address at registration. This address will be used for account communications, verification and security notifications.
• You are responsible for keeping your registration information current. Outdated information may impede KYC verification and delay withdrawals.

tv999 reserves the right to reject any registration at its sole discretion without providing a reason, including where it suspects fraud, identity misrepresentation or access from a Prohibited Territory.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. The following obligations apply:

• You must choose a strong, unique password and must not share it with any other person.
• You must notify tv999 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
• All actions taken under your Account credentials are deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have reported a security breach in advance.
• tv999 will never request your password via email, live chat or any other unsolicited communication. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support.
• tv999 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available for additional account security.

tv999 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

The following terms govern all financial transactions on the tv999 Platform:

• Deposit Methods: Available deposit options are listed in the Platform cashier at the time of transaction. Familiar payment references in Pakistan may include services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers via institutions including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. The availability of any specific payment method is subject to change without notice and is determined by the payment processor, not solely by tv999. These payment providers do not endorse gambling or have any affiliation with this Platform.
• Minimum Transactions: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are published in the cashier section of your Account. These amounts are subject to change.

All bonuses, free bets, reload promotions and special offers made available on tv999 are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a rollover requirement, which must be met before associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 20×, 30×) is stated in each individual promotion's terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While a bonus is active, a maximum single bet limit applies (for illustrative reference, this is typically in the range of PKR 500 to PKR 1,000 per stake, but the actual limit is specified per promotion). Exceeding this limit may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Slot games may contribute 100%, while live casino, table games and certain other categories may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.

The following general betting rules apply to all wagers placed through tv999:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. Requests to void or cancel confirmed bets will not be considered except in cases of clear system error.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager. Price changes after confirmation do not affect the accepted bet.
• In the event of a technical error, system failure or manifest pricing error, tv999 reserves the right to void affected bets at its sole discretion and refund the original stake.
• Bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled, postponed or abandoned will be settled in accordance with the relevant sport or event rules applicable at the time.
• Maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• Live/in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event. Bets placed and accepted prior to a suspension remain valid.
• Cricket betting markets — including PSL, ICC T20 World Cup, Test matches and bilateral series — are subject to specific cricket betting rules as published in the Platform's sports rules section.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the tv999 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and legal referral:

• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification;
• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person in registering an Account in violation of these Terms;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or algorithms to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting errors, glitches or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software, odds or bonus systems;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, corruption of sporting events, or use of insider information;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing or other criminal financial activity;
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory using VPNs, proxies or other circumvention tools;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Platform staff or other users through any communication channel.

tv999 monitors Platform activity and reserves the right to take immediate action — including account closure without notice and without payment of funds — where prohibited conduct is identified or reasonably suspected.

tv999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, criminal or prohibited activity;
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable time;
• Compliance with a legal obligation or regulatory direction;
• Requests by responsible gambling tools (such as active self-exclusion orders).

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support through official Platform channels. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonus amounts that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed for return through the User's verified payment method, subject to standard processing timelines and verification requirements.

All content on the tv999 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, interface design and data — is the proprietary property of tv999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

In the event of any dispute between a User and tv999, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally through the Platform's customer support channels. Where informal resolution is not achieved, disputes shall be referred to the competent dispute resolution body as determined by the Platform's applicable licence terms.

tv999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, Users will be notified through one or more of the following channels: a notice displayed on the Platform, an email to the registered account address, or a notification through the Account dashboard.

Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure. The date of most recent review is displayed at the top of this page.
