About tv999 — Built for Pakistan's Betting Community
We set out to build something different: an online gambling platform that treats Pakistani players with honesty, clarity and genuine respect. No inflated promises, no buried terms — just a straightforward, mobile-first experience from a team that understands the market.
The tv999 Story
tv999 was built from a simple observation: Pakistani players were underserved. The platforms available to them were either designed for completely different markets, riddled with confusing interfaces, or buried their bonus terms so deep that players rarely understood what they had actually signed up for. We decided to do something about it.
From the very beginning, tv999 was designed as a mobile-first platform, because we understand that the majority of internet users in Pakistan access the web through their smartphones — whether on a 4G connection in Karachi, a home Wi-Fi in Lahore or a mobile network in Peshawar. Speed, clarity and accessibility were non-negotiable from day one.
The platform covers the full range of products that Pakistani audiences care about most — cricket betting (naturally), PSL match lines, ICC T20 World Cup odds, international football, UFC, live casino, slots, crash games and a growing esports section. Everything sits under one roof, and everything is presented in plain, natural English that makes sense to local users.
We are fully transparent about one important thing: tv999 does not hold a Pakistan government gambling licence and does not claim regulatory approval from any Pakistani authority. The Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 imposes restrictions on gambling in Pakistan. Users are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction before participating in any gambling activity. We believe in giving you that information upfront, not hiding it in a footnote.
How We Got Here
Identifying the Gap in the Pakistan Market
The team behind tv999 recognised a clear demand for a transparent, English-language online betting platform specifically shaped around the preferences and needs of Pakistani players — from cricket coverage to local payment familiarity.
Building Mobile-First from the Ground Up
Rather than adapting an existing platform, tv999 was designed with Pakistani mobile users as the primary audience. Fast load times, clean UX and a lobby optimised for touchscreen navigation were core design requirements from the outset.
Transparent Terms and Responsible Gambling Tools
We built responsible gambling tools directly into the account framework — deposit limits, session timers and self-exclusion — not as afterthoughts but as first-class features. Bonus terms are written to be understood, not avoided.
Continuous Growth Guided by Player Feedback
tv999 continues to expand its game library, improve payment processing guidance and enhance support quality. Pakistani players from Rawalpindi to Faisalabad shape what we build next through their experience and feedback.
Our Mission & Core Values
Every decision at tv999 is shaped by a clear mission: give Pakistani players an honest, informed and enjoyable betting experience — one where they always know where they stand.
Radical Transparency
We write bonus terms in plain English. We explain odds structures clearly. We acknowledge our limitations openly — including the fact that we do not hold a Pakistani government gambling licence. No hidden agendas, no buried clauses.
Mobile-First for Pakistan
We know how Pakistan comes online. The platform is optimised for every Android and iOS device, tested across varying network speeds, and designed so that betting on a PSL final from Lahore or placing a live wager from Islamabad is always smooth.
Player Protection First
Responsible gambling is not an afterthought at tv999. Deposit limits, session timers and self-exclusion options are available directly in account settings. We want you to enjoy the platform — but within healthy, sustainable limits.
Always-On Support
Our support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via live chat. Whether you have a question at 3am in Karachi or midday in Multan, a real response is always within reach. English support is standard; Urdu assistance is available where needed.
Informed Decision-Making
tv999 invests heavily in educational content — from betting tips guides and bonus term explanations to responsible gambling resources. We believe informed players make better choices, and that's better for everyone involved.
Cricket at the Core
Pakistan's love for cricket is in the DNA of tv999. From domestic PSL fixtures to ICC T20 World Cup knockout matches, cricket betting is the centrepiece of our sportsbook — with live in-play markets, match specials and competitive odds on every format.
The Pillars Behind tv999
tv999 operates around four non-negotiable pillars that guide every product decision, content piece and support interaction. These aren't marketing slogans — they're the practical commitments we hold ourselves to every single day.
We recognise that the Pakistani betting market is evolving rapidly. More players from cities like Faisalabad, Rawalpindi and Peshawar are accessing online platforms for the first time. These players deserve a platform that educates as much as it entertains.
Security & Data Privacy
All data transmitted on tv999 is protected by HTTPS/SSL encryption. KYC and AML processes protect against fraud and underage access. Your personal data is handled according to our stated Privacy Policy and is never sold to third parties.
Fair & Clear Terms
Bonus conditions, withdrawal rules and account policies are presented in straightforward English. We do not use deliberately complex language to obscure unfavourable terms. What you read is what you agree to.
Game Diversity & Quality
tv999 sources games from a broad range of software categories including slot studios, live-dealer providers, Asian-market game specialists and crash/instant game developers. The library is updated regularly to keep things fresh.
Continuous Improvement
We actively gather player feedback and use it to inform platform updates. Speed improvements, payment method guidance, UI refinements and new game additions are all driven by what Pakistani users actually want — not assumptions.
Our Commitment to Responsible Gambling
Gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a financial strategy or a way to resolve personal difficulties. At tv999, responsible gambling is a core platform feature — not just a legal box to tick.
Deposit Limits
Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps from your account settings to keep spending within your intended budget.
Session Timers
Enable session reminders so you're always aware of how long you've been playing. Time can pass quickly during a live T20 match.
Self-Exclusion
Request a self-exclusion period of any length through account settings. Once active, it cannot be reversed until the chosen period ends.
